  I used to love Big W at Gladstone, but I discovered the other day that they close the checkouts at 1.30pm every day, now and you are forced to go through self-serve. This is the reason that I have boycotted KMart for nearly two years. Looks like Best and Less and Toyworld for me, from now on. Big W Gladstone has just joined my banned list. I'll miss you, Big W!

  This is an awesome place to shop.... I mean, I'm 12... what do I know about bargains? Well of coarse I know what they are; because the definition of bargains are BIG w! d:)-/-

  I am left very disappointed. I ordered my daughter a Play kitcehn from your online store over a week ago and I only find out today 13/12/17 that you cannot provide it. Now it is too late to order anything else online in time for Xmas day and all toy stores are sold out of what I wanted or do not stock the item. So upsetting for my poor daughter, who is 2 and will be the first Xmas she actually understands what is going on. I also had to call to get a FULL refund as you so kindly only refunded my shipping fee until I called and advised of the issue. Only now is the cost of the item being refunded as well, but this service is just not good enough!
